            In Electronics lab, students verify basic theorems, study the characteristics of electronic devices and design electronic circuits like amplifiers and oscillators.

Area: 1800 Square Feet

Major Equipments:

200MHz and 30 MHz Analog Oscilloscope, 100MHz and 20 MHz Digital Storage Oscilloscope, 2 MHz and 20 MHz Signal Generators and IC Tester

Utilization:

Students of second semester, third semester and fourth semester ECE utilize this lab.

Linear Integrated Circuits Lab

          In Integrated circuits lab, students design electronic circuits using operational amplifiers, timer IC and other linear ICs and study their operation and characteristics.

Area: 1500 Square Feet

Major Equipments:

20 MHz Digital Storage Oscilloscope, 100MHz CRO, 2 MHz and 20 MHz Signal Generators, Digital Lab Trainers and IC Tester

Utilization:

Students of third semester AI & DS, CSE and IT, fourth semester ECE and fifth semester ECE utilize this lab.

Microprocessor Lab

     

In microprocessor lab, students study the architecture and assembly level programming and interfacing of 8085 & 8086 microprocessors and 8051 microcontrollers.

Area: 1800 Square Feet

Major Equipments:

30 MHz and 60 MHz Oscilloscope, 8085 & 8086 microprocessor and 8051 microcontrollers, EPROM programmer interface card, DC and stepper motor interface and computers.

Utilization:

Students of 4th   & 6th semester EEE, 5th semester CSE & IT 5th  & 7th semester ECE utilize this lab.

         In Embedded lab, students study the architecture of ARM processor and programming and interfacing of LPC2148 ARM kit using Flash Magic Software

Area: 1800 Square Feet

Computers with intel i5 processors, Cisco routers, Cisco switch, Cisco access point, IOT Trainer kit, Arm 7 Embedded Development Trainer kit,  Arduino IDE, Arduino UNO board,  Raspberry pi, Python3 IDE  and Softwares: Matlab 2014a,  COLAB, Keil.

VLSI Lab

         

     In very large scale integrated circuits lab, students study VHDL programming and synthesis of digital circuits using FPGA and CPLD kits.

Area: 1800 Square Feet

Major Equipments:

Intel PIV 3.4 GHz computer with 15 inch LCD monitor, Acer Intel core 2GHz laptop,  Xilink FPGA and CPLD Trainers and softwares like Xilink, Matlab 2012a, C and Tanner, VLSI Spartan3 and Universal Trainer, PC based Logic Analyzer.

Utilization:

3rd semester, 4th semester , 5th semester,   6th  semester, 7th semester and 8th semester  ECE students utilize this lab.

The ECE department features a well-equipped project laboratory, offering a dynamic, hands-on environment where students can transform theoretical knowledge into innovative solutions in electronics and communication engineering.

Area: 112 Square Meters (1206 Square Feet)

Major Equipments:

3D printer, laser engraving machine, FPGA Spartan trainer kits, Arduino Mega, Raspberry Pi boards, high-performance computer systems, ICs, breadboards, and simulation software such as MATLAB 2016a, ADS, and Xilinx.

Utilization:

The lab serves as a collaborative space for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, fostering creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving. It empowers students to design, prototype, and test practical systems while integrating advanced hardware and software. By bridging the gap between academia and industry, the lab equips students with the skills needed for careers in advanced technological fields.
