Dr. Babima M, presently working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Management Studies at SXCCE, Nagercoil. She had completed M.B.A in Finance & Marketing (2004) from NI Engineering College under Anna University. She had also completed her Ph.D. (2015) in Business Administration (HR) and her research topic is “A Study on the impact of Quality of work Life on the Job Performance in Technopark, Trivandrum” from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University and completed M.Phil (H.R)(2007) and M.Com (2009) from Alagappa University, Karaikudi .She qualified TNSET- 2016.
She has more than 17 years of teaching experience in MS university and Anna University Engineering stream as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies in reputed engineering colleges in and around Tamilnadu. She has also published 17 (10+7) National & International Publications in various topics in Management area and attended various seminars and trainings related to Finance and Business Administration. Four Scholars doing Ph.D. under her guidance. She has also guided several projects in Finance and Management for MBA, M.Com. and M. Phil students.

Prof Maria Vinu had pursued MBA from Annamalai University, PGD in International Business from Pondicherry University and Bachelors in Commerce from M.S University. He is a SEBI certified Resource Person for Financial Education. He has qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) in Management. He has over 6 years of experience in the Industry and 16 years in academics. Prior to joining SXCCE he had occupied senior level positions in the field of accounts and finance in the companies like Bobishtar International Trading Co. Doha Qatar, Internal Line Interior Designs, Dubai UAE, and Exblowra Trading & Contracting Co. Doha Qatar. His areas of interests are Marketing, International Trade and Finance. He is a certified trainer of SPSS, Tally ERP and SAP. He is also handling the practical labs like Data Analysis & Business Modeling and Business Application Soft wares. A strong motivator and self-proclaimed soft skill trainer.

Dr. D. D.SAHAYA BEULA is currently an Assistant Professor in the Master of Business Administration at SXCCE, Nagercoil. She has more than ten years of teaching experience in Anna University Engineering, Noorul Islam University and MS University stream as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies in reputed engineering colleges in and around Kanyakumari district. She has over sixteen years experience of Insurance Advisor in the Life Insurance Corporation of India. She has presented seven papers at national and international conferences. She has published twenty-six articles in National; International & Scopus indexed journals, and also attended fifteen workshops, seminars & conferences. She has been awarded the name of ‘KAVITHILAGAM’ and Bhagirathi Certificate of Conservation of water. She has Organized various national, international, seminars, conferences, symposium, and also conducted Entrepreneurial programs, women’s Club programs.
Her research area of a PhD thesis entitled ‘A study on customer relationship management in Life Insurance Corporation of India with special reference to south Tamil Nadu. She has research area of Master of Philosophy in ‘Quality of work life of handloom weavers in kanyakumary district” from Noorul Islam University, Master of Business Administration in Anna University- Chennai, Master of Commerce in IGNOU University –New Delhi, LLB (academic) in Annamalai University, undergraduate degree in Monomaniam Sundaranar University. She has also guided several projects in Management for BBA and MBA students. At present, her areas of interest are Human Resource, Marketing and Finance, Entrepreneurial development and Customer Relationship management, quality of work life and women entrepreneurs.
