18th GRADUATION DAY
Saturday 1, February 2020
Dear Graduands,
We feel extremely happy to inform that the eighteenth Graduation Day of our College is scheduled on Saturday, the 1st February 2020 at 09.30 a.m. We cordially invite you with your parents to attend the function and receive the degree in person. You are requested to be present by 8:00 a.m. for registration.
On the graduation day, the rehearsal will start at 9:00 a.m. In case if you do not participate in the rehearsal, it may not be possible for us to entertain your request for inclusion of your name for receiving the degree in person. Late comers will not be entertained. You are expected to wear a specific graduation gown which will be arranged in the college before the ceremony. You are requested to pay a sum of Rs.400 (Rs.200 will be refunded after returning the Gown).
Your Father/Mother/Wife/Husband (maximum of two members only) may also attend the function along with you. They are allowed to sit inside the graduation hall on First Come First Serve basis on the availability of seats. Any other guests including children are not allowed.

You are also invited for an Alumni interaction meeting which will be held at 1.30 p.m. with your department juniors on the same day. Official invitation will be uploaded soon.
