The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) was established on 29th August 2016, to develop quality systems towards improving the academic and administrative performance of the college. IQAC in SXCCE has been constituted under the patronage of the Correspondent, chairmanship of the Principal and coordination of a senior Faculty. Other members of IQAC include administrative officer, faculty members, member from management, members from local society and industrialist.

Functionalities

• Developing and implementing quality benchmarks/parameters to enhance the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
• Acting as the institution’s nodal agency for rankings and quality-related activities.
• Preparing & submitting Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per the NAAC guidelines.
• Disseminating information on various quality parameters to all stakeholders.
• Creating awareness on quality-related initiatives and holding workshops and seminars for the enhancement and sustenance of quality.
• Promoting measures to improve quality through intensive quality culture and engaging institutional best practices.

Notice Board

• Three undergraduate programs EEE, ECE and MECH were accredited by the NBA under the Tier-Il category for the period from 2018-2019 to 2020-2021, and further extended to one year from 2020-2021 to 2021-2022. Following a compliance inspection, the programs were further accredited for the period from 2022-2023 to 2024-2025. Based on the second-cycle accreditation visit, the NBA again granted accreditation from 1st July 2025 to 31st December 2025, and subsequently from 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2028.
• Three undergraduate programs CSE, CE & IT were accredited by the NBA under the Tier-Il category for the period from 2021-2022 to 2023-2024. Following a compliance inspection, the programs were further accredited for the period from 2024-2025 to 2026-2027 with validity extending up to June 2027.
• SXCCE Accredited by NAAC with Grade 'A' on 12-09-2017 and it is valid up to 31-12-2027.
