The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is the world’s largest association of technical professionals. It has about 4,25,000 members in about 160 countries. Its objectives are the educational and technical advancement of electrical and electronic engineering, telecommunications, computer engineering and allied disciplines.

                               With the efforts of Mr.A.Darwin Jose Raju, the prestigious IEEE Student Branch was inaugurated in our college on 26th July 2003 with 63 student members in the presence of Mr. Gopakumar, the student activity chairman of IEEE, Kerala section. Our IEEE Student Branch is conducting technical meetings, group discussions and symposiums to improve the technical knowledge and communication skills of the students. We are also organizing School visits, Orphanage visits and Village visits to improve the personal and leadership qualities in students and also to know more about the lives of people.
